1.
The Cutting Horse Breeders Association of Canada
will accept subscriptions from stallions standing
in Canada or the USA. The Board of Directors must
remain 75% Canadian and the show must be held in
Canada. |
2.
Entries to the Cutting Horse Breeders Association
of Canada Super Stakes will be limited to four year
old foals, all breeds, made eligible by the subscription
of their sires to the list of subscribing stallions
for this event.

3.
The added purse for the annual event will
be derived from the Stallion subscription fees plus
applicable nomination fees for the foal. The purse
will be divided between the Open and Non-Professional
Stakes in direct proportion to the entries qualifying
in each division, with no less than 50% going to
the Open Stakes Division. |
4.
Stallion Subscription fees: |

A)
To make a stallion eligible subscription fees
must be received no later than December 1st,
in the year prior to the breeding year. |

B)
Stallion subscription fees shall be $1,000
per year and are due December 1st. These subscription
fees will be added to the purse when resulting
offspring are 4 years old. |

C)
Late payments will be accepted until March
1st, of the breeding season year. The penalty
charge is an additional 50 % of the subscription
fee. Automatic computerized billing will be
set up from the office for each subscribed
stallion upon receipt of initial subscription
fee. |

| 5. The
owner(s) of a subscribed stallion must become members
of the Cutting Horse Breeders Association of Canada
each year their stallion is subscribed.

| 6.
All
subscription fees will be made payable to the Cutting
Horse Breeders Association of Canada, in Canadian
funds or its equivalent. Payment made by mail must
show a stamp cancellation date no later than the
due date. |
7.
Subscriptions
of stallions are received subject to the right of
the appropriate committee of the Cutting Horse Breeders
Association of Canada to refuse the subscription
and give notice to the subscriber within ten days
of the receipt thereof. The decision of the Committee
shall be final in all matters. |
8.
Each
stallion subscribed to the program must have on
file, in the office of the Cutting Horse Breeders
Association of Canada, the owner(s) of the stallion
as registered with the Breed Association. If the
stallion is jointly owned, the designated voter
must also be a paid member of the Cutting Horse
Breeders Association of Canada. |
9.
A
list of the eligible stallions will be published
in the earliest edition of “The Cutter”
and horse publications in Canada and the United
States following the closing date of the stallion
subscriptions to the event. The eligible stallion
list will be available upon request directly from
the Office of the Cutting Horse Breeders Association
of Canada. |
10.
The
Cutting Horse Breeders Association of Canada is
not held responsible for stallion owners failing
to fulfill their commitments to the program.

These rules subject
to change by action of the Executive of the Cutting
Horse Breeders Association of Canada ONLY under
the authorization of the active membership
|
| 12.
The
Board of the Cutting Horse Breeders Association
of Canada reserves the right to cancel this event
without notice at any time prior to the contest
without liability to them, but in such event, returns
all stallion subscription fees to the subscribers.

13.
A paid up
stallion may be substituted provided the paid up
stallion did not breed in substitution year.

14.
Sold Stallions
– A subscribed stallion may change ownership
and remain eligible under the new owner provided
that the Cutting Horse Breeders Association of Canada
is advised and the new owner(s) is acceptable. The
original stallion owner(s) must send notice of ownership
change to the office. |
15.
If
the subscribed stallion dies between December 1st
and the first breeding; the subscription fee will
be refunded.

16.
Breeding
reports must be on file at the CHBAC once completed.
Reports must include owners name, address and
telephone number. |
