The 11th Annual Ranch Country Horse Sale was held September 12th, 2015, in Maple Creek, Saskatchewan. It was a warm, beautiful fall day! There was a great selection of young prospects, weanlings to started horses, as well as good broke horses ready to take to the ranch or arena.

The top five weanlings averaged $1700, with the high selling weanling being Lot 31, a buckskin AQHA filly consigned by Ken and Marg Perrin. This classy filly, by Playing Again and out of the mare PQH Gallina, sold to Jerry Klammer of Mundare, AB for $3300.

The top five saddle horses averaged $11,700. Garth Horton, of Maple Creek, SK, bought the high selling saddle horse, Lot 72, KD Chex the Bronsin. This big, quiet, and broke buckskin ranch gelding was consigned by Mike Doody and sold for $15,000.
