APHC Membership Application Form
Membership Application must be received before you can accumulate APHC points.
Points are accumulated on each Horse/Rider team, therefore each rider should have their own
APHC membership card.
All memberships expire December 31st of the Calendar Year.
Families consist of a spouse and youth 18 years and under as of January 1st, 2011.
Optional - Please indicate below if you would like to pick up a subscription to Horses All Magazine for only $12.50. Horses All will bill you directly, do not add $12.50 to your membership total!
