Membership Application must be received before you can accumulate APHC points.
Points are accumulated on each Horse/Rider team, therefore each rider should have their own
APHC membership card.
All memberships expire December 31st of the Calendar Year.
Families consist of a spouse and youth 18 years and under as of January 1st, 2008.
