If I had a video came I would use it to sell our foals. Some people buy foals from our pictures and we would rather they come out and see them or if we had a video cam then we could send the movement of the foal or horse we are trying to sell. Pictures are great but they don’t show the agility some of our foals have. We have foals out of our stallion This Smoke Stings who is a grandson of Color Me Smart. We watch these foals move and I would sure love to capture them on video to send to potential buyers so they could see how athletic and agile these foals are. Thanks.

Video would definately be an asset to those buying and selling. It will not only show movement, conformation and workability for the buyer but also allows the seller to focus potential buyers on their horse’s attributes. It would be an excellent tool, great idea.

I would definitely use it to view horses for sale and if I was selling a horse I would use it then too.

No I would probably not use it to post my own information, but I would definitely use it to view other peoples information and would grately appreciate it as it would be more helpful and entertaining to look at.

I agree with some of the things you say in your article. Raising a foal is not a lot of hard work and is quite enjoyable. Many people are looking for horses to ride right away. However, if they have the chance to work with the weanlings, they would find out how fun and rewarding an experience it is. There is no feeling like it as when you make the ‘connection’ with the ‘student’ and they start to understand what you are asking. They are just like all children – their little faces are full of expression! In return, you keep learning as well. Each foal is different and they each have their own personality. They are great fun!

We don’t have a video recorder, so we would not use that service to sell. We just got high speed Internet so we would definitely be able to view the videos. Had we stayed with dial-up, we would not use the service. What you need to know from your customers is what percentage of visitors are on high speed versus dial-up.

We love your site and it has just getting better and better over the years! Thank you for all your hard work!
