$25,000 Reward

May 03, 2009 3 Comments by

There are a lot of people who would like to find the sick person who has been shooting the wild horses and leaving them wounded to die. Some folks have put a substantial amount of money up to help in the cause. $25,000.00. Nice reward.

One  private individual, the Alberta Equestrian Federation and the Innisfail Truck Ranch.  All three put up $5000 each. Pretty amazing and thanks to them all.

If you even think you have any idea who is doing this you could be well rewarded for reporting it. The people who do sick things like this often talk about it. Maybe someone said something that just seems strange? Don’t hesitate to come forward and report it. We would love to solve this. I know I have shed enough tears to drown the culprit.

If you are working or travelling in the west country pay attention to the vehicles and people you meet and the date. It is unlikely he/she/they will quit until they are caught so you just might get another opportunity to help us figure it out. Maybe you remember seeing something the weekend of the last killings? Report anything even if it seems unimportant. Keep track of who you see and meet. Help us figure this out and you could have a $25,000.00 check in your pocket.

Keep checking the WHOAS website for more information about the wildies.
