Free Draw for Ben Crane Print

DO NOT ENTER THIS DRAW. IT IS OVER. Check for a new draw posted on the front of Northernhorse.com.
Some of our horse people are also cattle producers. For some who like to have those nice big calves in the fall calving season is about to begin. We used to calve cows and more than once have found ourselves in a similar predicament to the folks in the Ben Crane print “Mad Cow Disease”. Amazing how fast those old girls can get that shit covered tail winging around. And how their eyes bulge out. And how much help the calve that you were trying to save was as he was fighting to get off the sleigh and making frantic little bawls to fire up Mama even more.
The prize for this draw is a signed print by Ben Crane called “Mad Cow Disease.
How do you enter? Just post a comment below with the answer to our question.
The question? Are you on Facebook? Have you became a fan of Northernhorse.com on facebook?
This draw will end mid February.
Good luck everyone.

I don’t get on it as much as I’d like, as this dial up internet makes it slow to load anything (but we have no other choice out here in the sticks yet). I am a fan of northernhorse.com, but not on the facebook part of it yet.

Yes!! I love facebook, and am a fan of Northern Horse. I also love Ben Crane, he is too funny!
Wow, this is funny. I just came in from dragging a claf into the barn on a sled. The only difference was that it was a first calf heifer who kept runnign back to the bedding pile. Took a few tries to get her in. Got another heifer waiting in the maternity pen and came in to eat and decided to check facebook while waiting… then I see this link. Irony or just coincidence, I can’t decide.
Interesting. I just came in from dragging a calf to the barn. Mine however was a first calf heifer that kept running back to the bedding pile looking for her calf. I had a heck of a time getting her to follow the calf. While waiting for another heifer to calve I came in and checked facebook and saw this. Irony or circumstance?
