On April 23 – 25 we will once again have the opportunity to be educated, entertained and have a shopping spree at The Mane Event at Westerner Park in Red Deer, AB.
This is the biggest event of it’s kind in Alberta and you could win a set of 2 Weekend Passes just by posting a comment below. Just post a comment below telling us if you have been to The Mane Event in the past and what you most enjoyed. If you have never been to The Mane Event tell us what type of clinician you would most like to see at this years event.

I have never been to the Mane Event; this April 23-25, 2010 will be my first time. The clinicians that I would suggest are already going to be there, Robyn Hood and Curt Pate. I’m looking forward to attending this awesome event.
I have not been to the main event before. I have heard so many positive things about it and dream of going every year. My Birthday is on the 26th of April and I can’t think of anything better for a gift, than an opportunity to attend the Main Event in Red Deer. I would love to see all of the events, and do some serious shopping as well. I have a yearling and I am sure I could learn lots and this would certainly benift our on going training program.
I’ve never been to the Mane Event… one day! I hear the shopping is fabulous. This year I’d really like to see the hunter/jumper clinician. My mare is very green and I’m temporarily having to work without my coach, so it would be great to get some new ideas of things to work on, and maybe some pointers of what to watch for (good and bad) as we go along until my coach can help us again.
Last year was my first time going to the mane event with my school. It was fantastic!! If you love horses you need to go!
