AQHA #1 Breeders Having Dispersal Sale

Jack Waggoner & Susan Waggoner are having a court-ordered dispersal sale of their horses on October 29 & 30. The two stallions – High Brow Cat who is the industry’s leading stallion with offspring who have earned over $40 million and Smart Aristocrat will NOT be selling in the sale.

Western Bloodstock is handling the sale and advise there are 213 consignments – all to be sold on the Saturday. All horses will be sold to the highest bidders. Viewing and demos will be held on Friday.

The Waggoners are the cutting industry’s No 1 breeders and are 4th on the list of lifetime leading owners. Horses they’ve bred have won more than $10 million, a list of grand horses that includes Pappion Cat ($379,815), Cats Summertime ($357,937), Aristo Katz ($270,162), Cats Full Measure ($241,969), That Cool Cat ($241,724), Cats Red Feather ($221,262), Pretty Katz ($205,584), Cat T Masterson ($200,187), Flickacat ($196,316) and Tumbleweed Smith ($181,509). Horses owned by the Waggoners have performed their way to nearly $4 million. Among those leading Waggoner-owned horses have been: Aristo Katz ($270,162), Cats Red Feather ($221,262), Cat T Masterson ($200,187), Tumbleweed Smith ($181,509), Smart Aristocrat ($172,846), Ristos Fair Lady ($113,325), High Brow Cat ($110,784), Sportin Aristocrat ($107,171), Purdy Aristocrat ($102,648) and Smart Misty Dawn ($97,599).
