CBSA Advice Sheet Causing Concern for Breeders

Some larger American horse breeding operations that had exported semen to Canada within the last few years recently received in the mail a communication from the Canada Border Service Agency (CBSA) entitled “Advice Sheet – Responsibility of Vendors with Respect to Valuation of Horse Semen”.
