1.
A rider may ride as many horses as he or she so
chooses. The horse entered does not have to have
the rider in the Non-Pro as in the Open division. |
2.
Judges: |

A)
Judge or Judges will be selected from the
NCHA and or CCHA approved judge’s list
that have indicated their availability. |
| |
B)
Judge or Judges will score every horse. In
a case where three judges are used, provided
it has been decided before hand, the two closest
scores will be used and in the case of even
distribution the two highest scores will be
used. |

C)
No individual scores will be announced.
All scores (without judges being named) will
be posted. |
| |
D)
Anyone making remarks, referring to the scores
given to any horse, to a judge or to his or
her companion or family, will be given an
immediate hearing by the appropriate Committee
and if deemed guilty, will be disqualified,
forfeit any money won, and barred from the
arena. |

| 3. Go Rounds: |
| |
A)
There will be two go-rounds in each division,
Open and Non-Pro. All horses entered will
work in the two go-rounds. |

B)
The top one-third of the field, determined
by aggregate scores of the two go-rounds,
to a minimum of ten (10) will qualify for
the finals in both events. |

| 4. Moneys: |
| |
A)
40% will be paid in the go-rounds |
| |
B)
60% paid in the finals. Pay to 10 places on
the following basis: |

C)
In the case that 10 horses are not
entered the remaining unpaid places will be
divided among the placing horses. |

D)
Awards will be presented on final work. In
the case of a tie, money will be paid out,
but a work off will be used to break the tie
for first place. |

| 5.
All rules of the Cutting Horse Breeders Association
of Canada in direct conflict with the rules of the
Canadian Cutting Horse Association as published
herein shall apply. |
| 6.
These rules are subject to change only by the action
of the Executive of the Cutting Horse Breeders Association
of Canada. |
7.
The CHBAC will not
be responsible for any sires of nominated foals
failing to fulfill their obligations to the Stakes
program. |
8.
The Board of the CHBAC reserves the right to cancel
the Super Stakes at any time prior to the contest
without liability to them. In such an event, all
entrance money will be returned to the foal nominee. |
