As a working cowboy on some of Alberta`a largest ranches Marty began his journey to becoming a Horseman, Clinician and Coach. His day`s were spent moving large herds and doctoring cattle and every evening you could find Marty working with another horse or practicing his ranch roping or teaching a friend or neighbor some of the Vaquero traditions he is so passionate about.

   In July 2007 with the encouragement of his Partner Yvonne, Marty left full time cowboying in the pursuit of helping  people build unity with their horses the way he has found unity with his.

   Marty passes on the secrets he has learned about horses, ranch roping and cattle handling through clinics, group lessons and private lessons. Although his passion is vaquero bridle horses, the same techniques and philosophies can be adapted to any equine activity. So whether you participate in reining, cowhorse, cattle penning and sorting, team roping, gymkhana, barrel racing, dressage, polo or trail riding, Marty is commited to helping you and your horse reach your highest potential.
