Darrell Dalton -
I grew up in Calgary and I started riding horses in 1968 and competed in Hunter/Jumper horse shows in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Washington.

My college education began in 1974 at the University of Alberta and then I graduated from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in Saskatchewan in 1980. I started an equine racetrack practice in 1980 and subsequently moved to the present location in Red Deer, Alberta, April 1, 1986 and thus began my General Equine Practice.

Lorri - I grew up on a mixed farm in Namao, Alberta, and I started riding and working with horses in 1970. In the past I have been involved with the 4H Light Horse club, gymkhana club, and the showing of various horse breeds. In 1994 I retired from the show world after competing in Tennessee, USA, at the World Championships for Tennessee Walking Horses.

I have worked in the dental profession since 1983 and currently now work with D. Dalton Equine Veterinary Service Ltd.
