Home to Kim Senkoe, and my 2 girls. Were located in the beautiful hills north east of Mayerthorpe, Alberta.
We have a great place here and I enjoy being able to be with horses. I enjoy my job, being around horses, teaching them and learning form them. I have been raised with horses, and are very partial to them, they are great animals! My goals are to train great horses. Being a barrel racer, training that GREAT barrel horse is huge goal of mine. My own horses and the horses I train get exposed to a lot of different stuff. I train for that solid and consistant horse. I have a small ranch, but I have some great horses to offer that I'm very pleased about. I have some nice prospects and I enjoy getting them going and getting them out there to the public. I also have a great number of outside horses here all year round to start under saddle and start on barrels which I enjoy having and having such great and happy customers.
I train, season and sell horses. I concentrate on barrel horses and having that #1 barrel horse, with a great mind, and is solid and consistant and well last a life time. All my horses in any discipline have good conformation, disposition, breeding and excellent training under them. I want my horses not only to succeed in barrel racing but also any timed event or just a great all-around horse. With this in mind I want my horses to be just plain GREAT! They need to be willing, trainable, and a joy to be around. I want a horse that can tear up the race track, the mind and training to walk out and go for a trail ride, conformation to have that horse last a life time and a pedigree to say it can do it all. I feel that our horses should be able to do anything, they all get exposed to barrels, trail riding, moving cattle, pole bending and so much more. I put loads of basic's on my horses, I beleive that if you don't have basic's you don't have anything, I like to have my horses to always have that to fall back on to. Having them calm, and relax and them to always expect what is next and willing and to stay soft to do anything I ask of them, is really important to me. I never want to rush my horses.
It has taken me sometime but I feel confident that what I have today can or well do all that and much more. I want my customers happy when they leave with a new horse from me and in 10yrs they are still happy with them.

I have been starting horses since I was kid, and have grown to love working with horses and teaching them, I have a VERY sucessfull training program and a busy one at that! and love every moment of it. I take colts to start, barrel training, barrel futurities/derbies, problem solving, conditioning and seasoning for barrels. I also can give lessons to the owners to help them in any way with thier horses. My outside horses a very important to me and I take my time with them and enjoy have a really great start on them.
We want to wish Gaylene (Bink) Buff the world of luck in getting her goal achived and making it to the CFR this year on a GREAT barrel horse "Vador" that was trained, seasoned and sold here. They are both making their mark and reaching goals going into the CFR in 3rd spot!! after the massive win at Calgary in Oct, and getting into 2009 Calgary for 100,000!! We well be cheering you on at the CFR Bink & Vador!!! GOOD LUCK! Gaylene Buff and Vador had an amazing CFR and finished runner up with only 2,500 out to be the champion. Vador is a great sucess of mine and I'm very proud of Gaylene and Vador, and all that they have accomplished! They are champions in my heart no doubt! Also best wish's to Connie Senkoe on achiving her goals barrel racing on another great barrel horse Dry Spell 109 "Molson" a son of Who's Bad which we take great honor in training, seasoning and selling here as well, I still rodeo from time to time on him and he pulls cheques. Cograts to Connie on winning her 1st buckle ever and doing it with Molson! Me and Molson well be running pro in 2009 to test the water, so watch for us!
These girls and horses make us PROUD! All the sucess they have had and so much more to come. Ride hard stay smooth the sky is the limit!
