Even though Mr Fancy Bonanza is now deceased, his own son, Jack Be Fancy, has inherited the very distinctive Mr Fancy Bonanza “look”, with his short, fine head and coloring as well as the awesome disposition.

“Fancy” has been UC Davis tested negative for the overo lethal white gene, making him the perfect cross on your colored mare.

The crosses of Zippo lines and Mr Fancy Bonanza have proven to be very competitive across the United States, and now this exciting cross is available here. The first cross of a Zips Power Play daughter and Jack Be Fancy arrived this spring with very pleasing results. The cross on some of our other mares proved to be exceptional as well. From chestnuts to red duns to black bays, the 2004 foal crop has made us proud.

Fancy is also proving to lean very strong to the filly side as we and our clients have yet to have a colt born. All have been fillies in the past 2 crops. He has only produced 5 registered colts in his breeding career. With the strong traits of his exquisite head and neck being stamped onto each and every one.

Breeding Fees will remain at the advertised rate of $400 for another season. Mares are housed in surroundings that mimic their surroundings at home as much as possible to minimize any stress of being moved. Accommodations range from spacious 12x12 heated box stalls with daily turnout in safe paddocks, to treed paddocks or in group settings (mare care varies accordingly).
