I started Moonwalk here on the ranch as a 3 year old, he has never offered to buck and has easily progressed into our number 1 trusted steed. He has seen every aspect of ranch work and is an old pro in the branding pen or sorting in the gate. Moonwalk is a very quiet, easy going, safe and forgiving type of horse, that can serve as a babysitter for a greener rider, as well as perform at a high caliber as a breakaway/heel horse. Moonwalk is very cowy, has a ton of rate, he travels very low, flat and straight. He is a push style horse that can run with the brakes on, giving you a very smooth sliding stop without having to pull in your delivery. He is solid in the box, scores great, leaves flat and packs you out of the corner. He has been hauled to and won on at rope barrier jackpots. He is a very smooth loping horse and rides at any speed on a loose rein, is very broke, very willing and an absolute pleasure to rope on, or just take for a ride.
