In 2001 his winning continued, he took 2nd place in the Freestyle Reining at the Cardston Derby. He was then shown in the Alberta Reined Cowhorse Assoc (shown in four classes), Open Reining he took 1st and 2nd, and $10,000.00 Ltd Reining obtained two 1st.

He also won both goes and third in the finals at the Calgary Maturity. As a six year old, Nomore Mr Nice Guy ranked fifth in the Canadian Cutting Horse Association's Open division for the year. As a seven year old, he jumped up a placing and finished the year off in fourth for the Open Division.
