SILVER TRADITION, AKA Yogi is a stunning and amazingly sweet fellow. He's been a long time in the making as I purchased his frozen semen @20 years ago from 6666 ranch! Back then his stud fee was $1500 and now $2500 US. (Plus it would cost @$2000 in Fed ex charges to get frozen semen brought up). Yogi has incredible conformation and a real pretty head and a HUGE hip! He has very strong legs and great bone and movement. Yogi's sire passed away at a very young age but still managed to have a pretty impressive show and sire record ( 26 performing foals) such as DREAMY PLAYCAT ($18,361:2008 Calgary Stampede Cutting 3YR old open $ earner. CAT SILVER-$11,843 and 21.5 AQHA points. There have been very few CAT SILVER colts born in this last decade. ALOTTA CAT made it to the Road to the Horse in 2024. Yogi's dam was in professional training for WCH and was showing great promise but sadly had a career ending injury. She has such great temperament that she was used for an EAL horse- equine assisted learning therapy horse for a few years. Yogi is her first foal and we are so impressed that we bred her back the same. The dam is the old bulldog style and as pretty and kind as they come!
