Exceptional little 5 yrs old gelding for sale. Stands 14.2hh with lots of bone and size 1 foot under him. Out of papered stud and grade mare. I personally started him as a coming 3 and he was extremely easy going and figured out the game very quick. He was turned out for a year and when I started riding him again it was like it was yesterday no funny business and rode right off. He’s had steady riding over the past year and has been outstanding. He’s super soft and light rides around with one hand. I’ve put a ton of miles on him in the hills and he’s been hauled to town and seen the sights and sounds too. He tracks cattle and shows a lot of sense. We have been roping and dragging the log with him and he pulls and faces well I wouldn’t hesitate to start him on live cattle or the dummy. I’ve been sorting cattle on him in the pens at home here he opens gates and stays calm. I’ve moved horses with him and ponied colts as well and as anyone knows this is true test to horses temperament, this guy stays cool calm and collected. This is an exceptional gelding he has taken to anything I’ve shown him very quick and easy. He is ready to go in any direction with a great ranch foundation on him. Easy to catch, ties, loads great and good for farrier. Currently sharp shod ready to go to work. I really can’t say enough great things about this gelding he is one of the good ones just the right size and with a lot of training and experience.
