 16" custom Jeff Smith cutting saddle for sale. Purchased in 2023.  Angled skirt floral tooled cutter is built on a Buster Welch tree, 6.75” gullet, 9” front and a 4” cantle. Had it all cleaned up and ready to go! 

very well looked after. Only selling because my horse needed the Beau Gaylean tree.
