"Herc" is a home raised gelding. Stands 15.3 hands and weighs 1250 lbs. We use Herc on the ranch gathering, doctoring and sorting/shipping cows. He is built to go all day long and then some. He a has spent a fair bit of time out on our leases and does not hesitate to cross bogs, creeks, or crash the brush. After the job is done drop your reins and enjoy his nice walk as you finish your day. We have also headed some steers on him but his true calling is in the hills. Good to shoe, loads and bathes.
