Successfully shown Paint mare, in foal to HOT STORY Itsy Diamond is a 2020 regular registry APHA 15.1hh mare. Selling as broodmare sound only (read entire ad).

Itsy Diamond is confirmed in foal with a due date of May 12, 2026. Hot Story (by Blazing Hot) is 7 panel negative, carries one copy of W35. Sire of point and money earners in halter, lunge line, in hand trail, Western and English Pleasure. His babies are know to be quiet, pretty movers and Amateur friendly! Hot Story is nominated for Canadian Colours Futurity and North Star Breeders Futurity.

Itsy Diamond was successfully shown in hand as a 2-year-old and then shown last year in walk trot classes. She won High Point Walk/Trot at her first show under saddle, and was undefeated at her 2nd show (including halter, showmanship, English Pleasure, Equitation, Western Pleasure and Horsemanship). At her final show of the year, she won Reserve High Point Walk/Trot. She had a very strong start to Trail and showed a lot of talent in that class. She was ridden outside the arena too and liked going down the road. I think she could have been a good ranch pleasure prospect- she can move out!

Her sire is Secure Your Diamonds (by Lucky Diamond Chip) who was a Canadian Colours Futurity Champ. Her dam produced a Reserve World Champ at APHA Worlds.

Due to an SI injury when she was young, she is not selling as performance sound. She had extensive vetting this spring to try and get her there but it was not possible. All vet records (Rhythm Equine) will be available for serious potential buyers. She was checked for breeding soundness by the vet and given the go ahead.

She hasn't been ridden in almost a year but I did put a short ride on her today and she was perfect. With Previcox and/or rehab, she could be light riding sound. She can get spooky and reactive if sore. She is comfortable out in pasture.

She loves attention, easy to catch and good to handle. She will call and paw if trailering alone, but otherwise is good. She needs her hind legs held low by the farrier because of her injury and then she stands beautifully. Easy to deworm and give shots. Had her teeth done spring of 2024.
