The royally bred "Mary" is a living legend based on her ancestry alone.  She's sired by Freckles Playboy and out of a daughter of Doc O Lena that won around $12,000 NCHA.  She's been exposed to our Shiver Shake horse, a son of Docs Hickory, for a 2020 foal.  Her 2019 filly sired by the same horse is also in the sale. 

This mare is not entirely sound anymore, but close.  Her soreness shows most when she's been laying down and gets up again, though she walks out of it.  She requires regular front feet maintenance or her feet get big.  Otherwise, she currently functions on the ranch just like mares 10 and 15 years younger.

PLEASE NOTE:  This mare will not leave the Fleetwood property on sale day (unless she and her foal are purchased by the same party) as she will have a foal that is too young to wean.  All horses purchased can be picked up sometime in the month of October, as arranged between buyer and seller.  No board charges will be expected on mares until Nov. 1st, 2019.
