GD All Dun Up
Dunny has been 5 panel tested and is N/G for GBED, N/N for HERDA, HYPP, MH and PSSM1.
Studies show that the mutation responsible for GBED is carried by as many as 10% of Quarter Horse, Paint Horse breeds and related breeds. GBED is an autosomal recessive trait, meaning a foal can only be affected if the foal inherits the disease from both parents. Horses that are carriers of the GBED have one copy of the mutation but do not have any symptoms associated with the disorder.
Dunny was born and raised here and we are very pleased with him thus far. He has a stocky build, very good mind set and is supper easy to work with. He stands15hh.
Dunny has been started under saddle and is coming along nicely. He has a good walk, trot, lope and
He carries the blood lines of Colonel Freckles, Peppy San, Doc O’Lena, King and Poco Bueno on his sires side and carries, Poco Bueno, Joe Hancock, Leo, Peter McCue, Joe reed and Plaudit on his dams side.
I look forward to breeding him to some of my mares over the next couple of years
