Doc is a 5 year old heel/ranch horse that we’ve owned and brought up from a weanling. He’s one that has always wanted to please and make your job enjoyable. He stands 14.2 hh with good foot and bone under him. Used on the ranch for all aspects of work and has doctored tons of cattle. Doc is a smooth mover, and is real soft and responsive. Started in the roping pen early his four year old year. He has been used mainly on the heel side, has plenty of run and a solid finish. Doc has always been a super gentle, sane minded gelding. Never once offered to buck, and with any amount of time off he will saddle up and ride with no issues. He has been to the mountains and will go where he’s pointed without hesitation. He’s sure footed and calm in all scenarios. Suitable for any level of rider, from going on a trail ride to being competitive in the roping arena. Truly one that the whole family can enjoy.
