Back in the late eighties there was a song called She ain't Pretty She Just Looks That Way. That was where piggy got her name. When I bought her dam she was bred to Zippos Doug Too but came up open, then later that spring she suffered a bad wire cut that took weeks to heal, when she did have a foal she had some complications and got quite sick and I just about lost her. So despite the fact the piggy looked really rough because her mother had quit milking shortly after she was born she looked good to me.
