"Checkers" is a very nicely put together gelding. He has had a full year of reining training and has won the Northern Color Connections junior reining futurity in 2008 as well as 3 APHA reining points. Since then Checkers has been used in a feedlot checking pens and as a penning horse. As a penning horse he has earnings of approximately $10,000. He is very cowy, athletic, and powerful. He might be a good candidate for a barrel horse even now.

This is a super nice, very well built filly, ready to go in any direction. She is a granddaughter of the million dollar sire West Coast Whiz, on the top, and also the granddaughter of JO Topline who was a very nice reiner here in Canada. JO Topline also produced some nice barrel horses. "Sparky" also has some cow horse lines, Mr Freckles O Lena had NCHA earnings of over $11,000 and offspring earnings over$125,000. Then on the very bottom of her pedigree she has the speed she needs.

Chex Lucky Streak

"Sonic" is a very friendly, well put together youngster. If he is anything like his full brother he will be fantastic! His full brother, Chex Magic Oak, was the smoothest riding young horse, I have ever ridden and so willing to please. His sire, Rancho Raimy, is our junior sire that we had high hopes for as a ranch/penning horse but he injured himself severely as a 3 yr old and wasn't able to be ridden so he doesn't have many foals on the ground yet. The foals he has produced up until now are very trainable and easy going. "Sonic's" dam was a very reliable, level headed, quiet and cowy ranch mare, the kind anyone could ride. This guy is going to make an awesome gelding for someone.
