Lukacs Family Winter 2015

Lukacs Performance Horses is the home of John and Elisa Lukacs and their seven childeren Carmela, Magdalena, Martina, John Jr., Julianna, Tomas and Teresa.

We have been raising cutting and cowhorses for over 20 years and take pride in the quality, and trainability of our horses.  We are constantly trying to improve our breeding program by building a solid, well bred, band of brood mares and crossing them with some of the best cutting/cowhorse bred stallions in Canada. 

Here at Lukacs Performance Horses we offer a common sense approach to training, starting colts, giving older horses a refresher course, riding lessons for all ages, and horse and rider evaluations.  Though our focus is mainly on training for cutting, we believe that the basic horsemanship skills we teach and training methods that we use, are aplicable and valuable regardless of which style you ride, or the particular event that you want to persue.
